SMS Messaging Platform
Description
By opting in to Roofman’s SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Roofman’s, LLC related to your interactions with us. Message types include appointment and inspection confirmations and reminders, project status updates, crew arrival notifications, estimate and proposal follow-ups, emergency leak response coordination, invoice notifications, insurance claim coordination, responses to inquiries you initiate, and occasional seasonal reminders, promotions, and service offers. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by (1) submitting the contact form at roofmans.com/contact and checking the SMS consent box, (2) signing a written service agreement that includes an SMS consent clause, (3) providing verbal consent on a recorded phone call with a Roofman’s representative, or (4) texting any published Roofman’s phone number to initiate a conversation.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. To resume messages, reply START or sign up again through any of the opt-in methods above.

Carrier Liability and Charges

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.
Privacy
