No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising. This includes helping manage and display advertisements, tailoring advertisements to your interests, or sending abandoned service requests and/or service quote reminders (depending on your communications preferences). 6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United States. 7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice to not be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

13. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information that we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. 14. SMS MESSAGING POLICY

In Short: We use SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers and prospective customers about service-related matters. We obtain consent before sending messages and we do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Programs and Message Types

Roofman’s, LLC operates SMS messaging programs that send transactional, service-related, and occasional promotional communications, including:

  • Appointment and inspection confirmations and reminders
  • Project status updates and crew arrival notifications
  • Estimate and proposal follow-ups
  • Emergency leak response and storm-damage coordination
  • Invoice and billing notifications
  • Responses to customer-initiated inquiries
  • Insurance claim coordination communications
  • Occasional seasonal reminders, promotions, and service offers.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Roofman’s through any of the following methods:

  • Submitting the consultation request form at roofmans.com/contact and selecting the SMS consent checkbox
  • Signing a written service agreement that includes an SMS consent clause
  • Providing verbal consent during a phone call with a Roofman’s representative
  • Initiating a text message to a published Roofman’s phone number

Consent is logged with a timestamp and the language of the disclosure shown at the time of opt-in. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How You Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Roofman’s does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information Sharing

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontracted service providers (such as our messaging platform vendor) solely to support delivery of the messaging program. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
